    Remote / Hybrid (as required for operations and meetings)
  5. Position Summary
    The Admin & Operations Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and donor management support for project. The role strengthens OGAV’s organizational capacity by improving systems, supporting fundraising operations, and enabling leadership to focus on strategy and partnerships.
  6. Key Responsibilities
    A. Administrative & Operational Support: Manage day-to-day administration, records, scheduling, and communications.
    B. Donor & CRM Management: Enter, update, and maintain donor data in CRM systems accurately.
    C. Donor Communications: Prepare acknowledgements, updates, and donor engagement communications.
    D. Reporting: Compile monthly fundraising and donor reports and support funder reporting.
    E. Website & Digital Systems Support: Assist with website updates, donation forms, and system coordination.
    F. Training & Systems Support: Support onboarding and adoption of CRM and operational tools.
    G. Program operational Support: Support the existing programs and seek for more opportunity within the black community for expansion and assist with planning conferences and workshops
  7. Required Qualifications
    Education in Administration, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience. Experience in admin support or nonprofit operations. CRM familiarity is an asset. Strong communication and organizational skills required.
  8. Key Skills and Competencies
    Integrity and confidentiality, attention to detail, organizational skills, digital literacy, ability to work independently, and commitment to OGAV mission.
  9. Performance Indicators
    Accurate CRM records, timely donor acknowledgements (24–48 hrs), monthly reporting compliance, effective system use, and improved donor engagement and programs.
  10. Working Conditions
    Part-time flexible schedule, remote/hybrid work, occasional evening or weekend availability for reporting or events.
